1st & 2nd Grade Cheer Registration

Cheer Registration for 1st and 2nd grade:
 
There are two parts to registration. Add which activity your child(s) will be participating in. Then Fill out the Registration/Consent Form. Your child(s) is not fully registered until both parts are complete.
